OUR REVIVAL TEAM:
Born in Sacramento, CA, into an army family, Rev. James’ life desire was to become a US Senator. He came to faith in Christ as a high school senior, and attended Florida State University in order to build relationships with politicians. While sitting in the choir room of FBC Tallahassee during college choir practice he heard for the first time God’s call on his life. He transferred to Stetson University in DeLand, FL and graduated with a B.A.. He then attended Southwestern Seminary and in 1990 I graduated with an MDiv.
Rev. James pastored churches in South Carolina and Tennessee before being called to Eastwood Baptist Church in Bowling Green in 2004. He is married to wife Jan and they are the parents of three grown children, Leah, Andrew, and Aaron.
He has served as Kentucky Baptist Convention Pastor Conference President, KBC 1st Vice-President, and KBC President.

Marc joined the staff of FBC in 2015 after serving churches in Indiana and Virginia. Having grown up in Bowling Green, he is a is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and received his doctorate in Worship Studies from the Robert E. Webber Institute for Worship Studies. Marc is married to Cyndi, and they have a daughter, Miriam.
Marc will be leading us in worship along with the Adult Choir, Orchestra, and Praise Band in all services.
Hannah and her family live in Glasgow. She and her husband, Will, have been married for 14 years. They have 2 wonderful boys, William (9) and Wade (7).
Hannah accepted the position as children’s pastor at Crossland Community Church in late 2014. Crossland is one church with three locations: Bowling Green, Glasgow, and Morgantown; Hannah serves at the Glasgow satellite campus. Prior to her call to full time ministry, she was an elementary school teacher for 10 years. She holds a Masters Degree in Education.
Hannah says, “I am beyond honored by the opportunity to lead alongside Jennifer at FBCMW’s revival. I look forward to getting to know your children as we focus on the truth that we can work together to get God’s work done.”
